Greetings and Salutations,
I read something the other day that I thought I would share with you. ( I
am sure everyone is so glad! )
I have been reading John Maxwell's, "Developing the Leader within YOU"
And I came upon a statement, that said many people base there opinion of
themselves by what they do. If that were true we would be called Human
Doings. Instead we are called Human Beings.
This is what I have been thinking about since I read this.
Its not what you do, but it is what you BE.
It is not that I go to church, It is not that I am Called a Christian, BUT
THAT I AM A CHRISTIAN.
Who are we, Just somebody that don't cuss and drink, or are we are A Light
set upon a hill. What we do is camouflage sometimes. But who we are can
not be hid.
What is done in the secret place, will be seen in the open.
If we ARE in fact Christians, IT will show in the decisions that we make,
and the way that we respond to others.
Just an update on Prison Ministry. We have 9 People with the Holy Ghost
now, and God is truly Moving.
We had close to 150 people in service last night, and the power of God was
there. This service is when given to the inmates as a extra visitation
opportunity for the family. Close to 50 people were visitors and family
for the inmates last night. One lady made a comment, she said, "That was
some strong preaching, there was something different there, you could feel
it moving in there tonight, It even woke me up."
God visited us last night in a special way. Usually after service outside
the church door there will be 75 people lit up. Last Night I did not see
one person smoking outside. GOD IS MOVING.
I rode in the car yesterday with and older woman that was telling me she
was hungry to see the move of God.
I believe God is moving, and working, as you can look in the lake and see
the fish moving, I believe that God is moving, we just have to be able to
look in the dimension of Faith.
Well I guess that is my rambling for the Day!
God bless you!
