Why allow it to take place to begin with?

I already addressed this issue. Homeschooled children, when done
properly, receive better social interaction than their public school
peers in the real world with others of all ages and not just a age-like
group of peers.

Because they don't stop at teaching them about Columbus and 1+1. They
also feed them with the humanistic philosophies of alternative life
styles and tolerance and God is a superstition that causes strife and
hate. What a wonderful influence for God's youth.

Oh but you can .. and God intends for you to do so. He gave you your
children as an inheritance. When you plant a flower do you take it and
put it on a hill and then watch as the sun beats down on it, the rain
comes and drowns it or the wind pummels it until it comes unearthed? Or
do you carefully plant it where it will receive the correct amount of
sunlight and ensure that it is properly nourished and protected where
the wind cannot hit it until it has reached a maturity that can handle
the elements on its own? How much more do you think the Lord wants you
to protect your children in like manner?
