Right you are and I would add "Quench not the Spirit" IThes5:19 this
verse
is oftn easily looked at to refer to during a service etc. Also to quote
a
friend who helped me when I first got in the church if you had a
question
for him "what about this?" or "what about that is that sin?" and he
would
never answer yes or no but would always reply "A little leaven leaventh
the
whole lump" which will undoubtly make you look at yourself and your
motives.
Also ICor 11:28 "Let a man examine himself..." and IICor 13:5 "Examine
yourselves,whether ye be in the faith; how that Jesus Christ is in
you,..."
