I think you meant the UPC publishing house. 
The new catalog just came out this last week, Here is the address:
Pentecostal Publishing House
8855 Dunn Road 
Hazelwood, Missouri

314-837-7300 connects all departments
314-837-4503 is the fax number
"UNIPEN" is cable address
There are other publishing house that are printing Oneness literature.
Most notable is the Search For Truth Publications that Bro. Kenneth Haney
has resurrected. I don't have the number handy but they are in Stockton,
California.
