Uh-oh! Now I don't know about *that*!

I will tell you of some of the stuff my roommates and I have done:

My freshman year, my roommate and I were trying to decide what to paint
on our wall, since we could paint it any way we wanted to. We wanted to
come up with something creative, yet very... shall we say... distinctive.
Since I liked to drink Snapple Iced Tea, I proposed the idea of painting
a giant "Snapple" logo on our wall. Well, we kinda thought about it and
we realized that would be cool. So, we got a Snapple wrapper off of a
bottle and had it put on a transparency. Then, we projected the logo onto
the wall. We pained the entire Snapple logo on the wall, in the original
red, white, and blue colors. It was bad! It was more than 6 feet wide and
it took up the whole wall. When people would walk down the hall, they
would see the logo and stop by and take a look! It was cool.

Last year, my sophomore year, my roommate (a different person than my
freshman year) decided to do something with *Christmas tree* lights. We
wanted to use as many as possible and have them be creative yet
functional. Well, we thought for a minute, then came up with the final
plan: We drew a giant swirl design on the ceiling, then duct taped the
lights on this swirl outline. We had 650 Christmas tree lights in a swirl
design on the ceiling! It was awesome! It was bright enough in our room
that we didn't need to use our "normal" lights. And since our room was on
the third floor, when people would walk by our building, they would see
all of the lights and always would look up to check out our swirl. It was
awesome. It looked like Las Vegas or something! :)
