Room for Conference ?

Got a little problem. 

I believe that I sent you later agreement on this room promising to
transfer it before today. Just called, and they have no record of my
reservation, so Im going to press this evening and get it confirmed
and then let you know.

Sorry about the confusion. I should have verifed this earlier, we have
had it since June.
