Of course, then the enemy will try someting else.  He has plenty of
time.  As long as you are alive, he will try to find something that
will deter you.  

The solution, for us, is to adopt the attitude expressed so well in
that old hymn, "I shall not be, I shall not be moved!  Just like a
tree planted by the waters, I shall not be moved."  

We need to plant ourselves by the waters -- by the waters that when we
drink thereof, we shall never thirst again!  Then, and only then, will
Satan be powerless to divert us from our chosen course.
