Very interesting. There seems to be a real connection between fasting and
prayer and revival. There is a Bro Paul Graham from Montreal, Quebec, Canada
who has a fantactic church that is built on prayer and fasting. At his
watch-night service on New Years Eve everybody in his church picks a day
(ex. Tuesday) and they fast that one day a week for the whole year. Also,
the first week of every month is a corporate fast time for the whole church
with a 24 hour prayer chain at the church. When you go to his church to
preach or just to visit, it is very evident that they have power with God.
