Praise God for a miracle :)

Folks, I just have to tell you this, I am genuinly extatic about what has
happened in Augsburg. We were told by our landlord that we have to leave our
little church by December 31 cause they are going to tear it down for
parking-spots. Now we all knew that this was coming so it wasn't really a
surprise, but we didn't know how long it would be for us to find a new
building, because of limited funds and very high rental prices in Germany,
we can't just up an move. So anyway, the next day after we were told to
leave the building, my pastor looked at a new building in an area that is
more residential than the area we are in right now. He started negotiating
with the owner (actually with the government, because like the last one,
this too used to be part of old US-army facilities and after the Americans
left went over to the German government). The owner said they usually ask
for 8 marks, all included (heat, electricity, water) a mē($4 a square-yard).
But since that was 400 mē (= 400 square-yards) the rent would come out to be
3200 marks or $1600 a month, too much for us. My pastor said all I can offer
you is the same as we are paying now, the guy said...2000 marks all
included....that comes out 5 marks a mē ($2,50), or if you break it down 75
cents a square-yard without electricity, heat and so on. That in itself is a
miracle already :)....but God is so good. We went over to the guy yesterday
and we had prepared a letter saying that we would like to have access to the
building for renovation in August and September but pay rent only for the
old church building, and we would like to move in in October but not start
paying rent at all until December. The man said: "That is acceptable"...to
me that is so fascinating, we get 2 months rent free, on a building we get
for a steal basically. Today, after bible-study we went over to the new
building and we prayed and the Lord was there. People I felt the Holy Ghost
so strong while praying for this building (we had our first church service,
I suppose you could say that, in there)...it was awesome. I believe the Lord
gave it to us. My pastor and I will go there tomorrow, hopefully, to sign
the contract. God has been so good to us, the building is more than twice as
big as we have now for almost the same prize...I think we are fixing to
explode in revival, and the Lord has provided us with a new building so we
can fit all the people in that we are fixing to have. :) God is so good. I
don't know if you think this to be as exciting as I think it is....but I
thought I'd tell you anyway, we waited for revival too long. :) Please keep
us here in Augsburg, Germany in your prayers.

God bless you richly
Sis. Doris
