Test E-mail addresses probe...

Greetings Saints....

I just looked at the list of subsribers of Higher-fire in the last
few minutes and noticed that of the 200+ members, 79 of them were
in POSTPONE mode. Meaning that, if this were some form of ecclesia
(church gathering), those 79 would have permission to enter into
the sanctuary but they've willfully plugged their ears with carrots
as they aren't currently the regular delivery of e-mail from the
list.

So... what I've done is... manually change about 95% of the ones
that were set to POSTPONE (with carrots hanging out of their ears)
to ACK (normally delivery, no carrots in any/either ear) in order
that we can test the validity of the e-mailing list associated with
Higher-fire.

As you have received this, a couple of things will happen...

  1) ... you will say to yourself ... "fine" and you'll
         not take any action

  2) ... this e-mail as sent to you will *bounce* back to the
listprocessor with a permanent fatal error ... which
will cause the listprocessor to automagically remove
you ... (in which case, you'll not receive this anyway
for the reason of having a *permanent fatal* [a.k.a.
         undeliverable] error)

  3) ... this e-mail will bounce back to the listprocessor with
a temporary fatal error ... in which case, I'll then
judge whether you're a regular contributor to the group
or not, and if so ... I'll keep your e-mail address in
the membership list as POSTPONEd ... and if not ... your
e-mail address will be removed from the membership list

  4) ... you'll receive this *probe* and you'll want to switch
your e-mail delivery to another mode.

     A) POSTPONE ... this mode makes it so that you will not
receive e-mail from the listprocessor as
e-mail is distributed to the list

           send e-mail to: listproc@prairienet.org
with message : set higher-fire mail postpone

     B) DIGEST ..... this mode allows you to receive a single
piece of e-mail from higher-fire in a day
as each individual piece is combined into one
humongous piece of e-mail (delivered after
midnight for the current day's distributions)

           send e-mail to: listproc@prairienet.org
with message : set higher-fire mail digest

     C) UNSUBSCRIBE you no longer have no desire to ever receive
                     any e-mail from higher-fire

           send e-mail to: listproc@prairienet.org
           with message : unsub higher-fire

As always... the above directions are in my mongo signature file
below for your quick reference.

Thank you for your cooperation....
