Foul! [ loud raucous buzzer goes off... ]

The seventh day is still the seventh day no matter how many leap days
are inserted or even deleted, because if you number the days from some
starting point, and divide by 7, then any day with a remainder of zero
is a seventh day.  It doesn't matter how many days are in a year;
that's irrelavent. Every seven days, we celebrate a seventh day.
Regular days, leap days, they're all days; it doesn't matter.

All the calander justification is interesting, but does not affect the
seventh day problem.
