Cell church

Our church is becoming (has become) a "cell church".  We now have several
groups that meet
on a weekly basis and eventually these meetings will take the place of
the mid-week
service.  Does anyone on this list attend a "cell church"? Also, does
anyone have
any comments concerning "cell churches" , pro or con ?
