Here is the final archive update for August.  We ran 1038 messages in
31 days, which is about 33.5 posts/day, or 1.4 posts per hour.  With
200 subscribers, this is almost 300 emails/hour leaving prairienet to
service the higher-fire list.  This amounts to just under 13 seconds
per email, avargae for the month.  That is quite a load!  I could not
host that on eli.wariat.org, primarily due to bandwidth limitations:
my internet link would be saturated with list service, thereby
shutting down my web and ftp servers.
