Sorry, my friend, but once again, you are 110% wrong on this issue.
Homosexual is not a word the homosexuals THEMSELVES like. They have
repeatedly asked the news media to stop using that word and start calling
them "gays." So when I ask for us to use the word "homosexual," I'm not
asking for toleration of their views. I'm asking that we use the
scientifically correct term--a term which you would not object to your kids
useing. Let me state again unequivocally, I am TOTALLY against the
homosexual lifestyle. It is an abomination to God (as are lying and
gossiping, according to Proverbs). My only point is that we should not use
words that border on profanity in either preaching or teaching. If we can
call people "fag" from the pulpit, why not preach about BASTARDS and SLUTS?
What's next? Where do we draw the line? Is there no sacredness associated
with the pulpit any more? God help us.
