I have seen this before.  It is beautiful to watch.  A young man at
Bro. Wayne Huntley's church in Raleigh NC used to do this regularly
during the song service and altar call.  Another young man in
Bro. Robert Trapani's church in Akron OH used to dance in his chair
like that too.
