Boldness (re: pulpit language)

 was applying the "shock" words to describe what WE are without God. >>

And even I will concede that this is almost acceptable.  If, when you call
somebody "fag" from the pulpit, you understand that except for the grace of
God YOU ARE ALSO that "fag," and make that clear, it's completely different.
