Actually Gateway is not in the museum. And the statues were removed some
years ago. Except for one- I was sneaking around the front of the chapel
to scare a girl playing the piano one night and was using a penlight. I
was doing fine until I came to one of the beheaded statues. The limited
light and the sudden whiteness of the marble turned me white and she
heard the gasp over the piano. I never scared anyone again. I did go back
the next day in the light to retrieve my penlight!
The campus was a Jesuit seminary and used to have the best wine in the
area.
I have not seen the changes since I was there but the heat was the
biggest burden of running the school.
