International Ministerial Association, Inc.

Has anyone heard of this group.  I found it in some books that I read once and
it has been nagging at me to figure out who and where they are now.  
The info that I do have was it was formed in 1954 by 20 or so ex-UPC ministers
with HQ in Houston, Texas.  THey publish the periodical, "THe Herald of Truth",
by Herald Publishing House in Houston.

I am just curious about this group since I at one time studied the different
oneness groups.  Thanks.
