Yes I have heard Jeff Arnold teach. He is awesome. I have some of his tapes from his 
home church. In my humble estimation weather he is preaching or teaching he does an 
awesome job. I would say he is very well educated in the Word and that he doesn't mind 
being conterversial if the need arises.

Have you ever heard Bro Libby's tape series on ""Eagle Christians""????
