Computers, or rather, the lack thereof

To further add to the discussion about computing, I will mention that I 
am not as "into it" as I once was. For a while there I was very gung-ho 
about technology, but anymore I just... well, to put it bluntly, I just 
don't care. I guess maybe it's because I am a computer science major now 
and I get this stuff lodged down my throat all day, or maybe it's just 
burnout. Whatever the case, I have a newly-found appreciation for the  
arts and outdoor recreation. I have joined a symphony orchetstra 
as an upright bass player, and I am looking to pick up a new 5 string 
(hopefully a Tobias!). Plus, I have invested in a pretty swift mountain 
bike to ride the on the trails and through the countryside. So what's my 
point?! My point is that if you fit the descriptions of Tyler's "Top 10 
Signs You Are Too Attached to Your Computer", or any other such list, 
you should shut it down and find an appreciation for some sort of art or 
recreation that will use the time your computer used to take from you. 
It is a beautiful world! You should push away from the desktop, forget 
Microsoft ever existed and go outside for a breath of fresh air! I have 
done this and it has been a very rewarding experience!
