I would have expected one, but it was not delivered to us, as
required, in advance of conference. Hence, not this year.

There almost certainly will be such a resolution sooner or later. I
would say no later than next year. The challenges and complexities are
very serious, and difficult to contemplate for the majority of the
fellowship.
