I agree, brother, that we have apostles today, as well as all of the
fivefold ministry.  We have Godly men who have hazarded their lives for the
sake of the gospel that I would place next to Peter, Paul, James and John.

Whether they are voted by Godly men in a well organized fellowship or not,
their dedication to the work of God has promoted them to filling the same
role of Apostles through history.

I would generally define Apostles as leaders of leaders.
