Bad Rumor Bro Brown's view

Wow another great post Brother Brown. I was in shock when I read of the
telephone-television-internet marriage through Intel that you related a
few weeks ago. Shocked not because of the chip we have seen that before.
Shocked because the same time we received word that our bank was
changing. Our state saw major banks go under in the 1980's and they sold
5 banks into one bank and 3 into another. The 5 were intergrated and were
bought by a holding company for the Bank of Ireland. In fact the
operations center was called Bank of Ireland- First NH. Now the Irish
have sold 1st NH to the Bank of Scotland and they inturn have merged it
into Citizen's Bank. Not too many changes are in place since that the
banks pretty well gouge you evenly- carry enough money and banking is
free, for the rest it is between 8 and 10 bucks a month. Well one small
change happened- The ATM card became a MasterMoney card. And lo and
behold the POS is now a charge and the use in the same POS as a
MasterCard transaction is now free. The ATM at POS is one of the greatest
helps to husbands that now do not have to ask for a checkbook! And to
further speed the use of the Debit card now the local Grocery Stores have
printed on the POS terminal that ATM limit for cash back is $50 and the
limit for Debit is now $200! I see this as the use of the Antichrist more
than the internet. The internet will be the way the world is informed.
The startling thing is that the use of the internet in this discussion is
just a rumor. It is not coming up this year. I have seen first hand how
the net can be used for witnessing, with startling results. I am now also
ready to talk to my neighbors more than I was before. I think I am more
confident because of the success I have seen online. I do think we need
to adhere to the limits placed on video before we can control the
internet. Also I do think we need a limit on the use of some games and
also on Nintendo- but that is another thread entirely!
