I should also add  that there was a position paper entitled Technology
presented in 1988 found in the UPCI manual which addresses the general
issue of coping with technological, and particularly media
innovations. 

I think everyone would find this illuminating, and I will put a copy
on the list, if no one beats me too it.

Even so, someone probably will introduce various related resolutions.
There has been some talk of it.  Like I said before, I would hope it
would be tabled.
