I was not sure I made clear that I find it impossible to imagine that
there could be a NO INTERNET adapted. However, there might be some
serious warning issued.
Ultimately, I would like to see people of greater stature become
involved and properly informed.
I doubt you would pull the plug on your *business*. I know I wouldn't
regardless of what discipline it invited, but I think the
consideration is unnecessary. I would like to see a serious increase
in the level of awareness regarding the technology.
Again, many people are using the internet to vastly extend their
personalities. This extends beyond the dimension of the technical into
the spiritual. Unlike the phone, the 'net allows a flexible persona
and misrepresentation, or casual self-representation to pass without
scrutiny. I can see the enemy attempting to harness this power now.
Should the Lord tarry, I feel that we will be blessed to have an
organization as we now know it in another 3 years. While we hinder the
antichrist by our very existance, we must labour to keep the bond of
unity and fellowship. I was just saying that I would want to do
nothing to hinder it. Evangelism is not always a "all stops pulled"
excuse for every action. Again, we need prayerful consideration to
precede actions.
What takes place on this list, and in our ministries, Bro Brown, I
believe will influence what happens. Lets all go at this with pure
hearts.
