Fund Winning/Cereal Coupon Scam

This reminds me.....   Did any of you do that cereal cupon selling 
thing. You buy a coupon book for $30.00 which contains 30 cereal 
coupons. Then you send in one coupon and an order form and they send 
you one fresh large box of name brand cereal and another order form to 
order another box of cereal. Basically you're buying in advance 30 
boxes of cereal for $1.00 each. The group who is selling the coupons 
gets half of the money ($15.00).  Well IT WAS A SCAM! Pardon my 
shouting, I just wanted to get you attention =).  Our music department 
lost a few thousand on that one and we still have many cereal coupons 
to prove it! I guess the  District Attorney or someone like that is 
sueing them. I heard that if they would have been left alone they 
probably could have pulled it off. I have people at work who I have 
sold coupons to and they don't get the rest of their cereal. Sad huh?
