This reminds me..... Did any of you do that cereal cupon selling
thing. You buy a coupon book for $30.00 which contains 30 cereal
coupons. Then you send in one coupon and an order form and they send
you one fresh large box of name brand cereal and another order form to
order another box of cereal. Basically you're buying in advance 30
boxes of cereal for $1.00 each. The group who is selling the coupons
gets half of the money ($15.00). Well IT WAS A SCAM! Pardon my
shouting, I just wanted to get you attention =). Our music department
lost a few thousand on that one and we still have many cereal coupons
to prove it! I guess the District Attorney or someone like that is
sueing them. I heard that if they would have been left alone they
probably could have pulled it off. I have people at work who I have
sold coupons to and they don't get the rest of their cereal. Sad huh?
Laurie Gibson =) Still smilin' (Makes everyone wonder what I'm
up to, hehehe)
