With postings about difference between Apostolics and Charasmatics, and
differences between Apostolics, I thought I would post some satiric
comments to explain that people who adhere to mainstream religions are
not all the same.

Before you show these comments to non-Apostolics (or even to other
Apostolics) be sure to point out that these are jokes many of which are
pointed at my former faith system (Roman Catholic.)

So try to enjoy them:

What is the difference between a Lutheran an Catholic?

Catholic's are Lutherans who talk to dead people.

What is the difference between a Baptist and Methodist?

One gets dunked and one gets sprinkled, but they are more or less the
doughnut.

What is the difference between an Anglican and a Catholic?

An Anglican is a Catholic beholden to the crown.

What is the difference between a C programmer and a COBOL programmer.

COBOL programmers believe that computer languages should resemble English
and contain words like begin and end. C programmers believe that
everyday conversations should resemble computer talk and contain words
like lossy digital compression, grep and awk.

What is the difference between a belief in COBOL programming and a belief
in Roman Catholic faith?

Those who claim to believe in a programming language almost always spend
a great deal of time realy programming in language. Those who claim to
believe in Catholic faith rarely let this belief affect any part of their
lives.
