HF archive site going down for OS upgrade

The higher-Fire Archive site, eli.wariat.org, is now going down (Star
Spangled Banner in the background, picture of American flag fills
screen) for the night.  This is to do a complete backup and then
upgrade the Linux kernel from 1.2.8 to 2.0.19.  Hopefully it will be
back up sometime tomorow.  I appologize for any inconvenience this
might cause.  (Believe me, it is more inconvenient for me than it is
for you :-)
