Someone brought up the fact that women lose their hair
when they have chemo treatments. Let me just say that
my mother had cancer 15 years ago (healed of God-praise
the Lord!!). She had Hodgkin's disease which was the
most deadly cancer at the time. In the rare case where
someone did happen to survive, usually the cancer would
recurr and take their life within 5 years. Even with
treatments, her doctor gave her two weeks to live.
She underwent all of the chemo treatments
(adriomycin, and others) BUT DID NOT LOSE HER HAIR. She
had asked the Lord to spare her waist-length hair--and he
did.
Her doctor said he'd never seen anything like it
in all his years as an oncologist. Since he was not
Christian (he was of Pakistani origin) this was a double
miracle. He said "only your God could have done that."
Not only did God bless mom for keeping her hair uncut, but
he used her special situation to plant the seeds in her
doctor and all others who had witnessed (and are still
witnessing) her recovery from a death sentence.
