You quote (I Corithians 14;40) things be done decently and in order. 
this scripture is referring to prophesy and the order of a church
service. A womans' hair can be short and messy as well as long and
messy.I Corinthians 11:15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory
to her and I also quote I Cor. 11:16 if any man seem to be contentious,
we have no such custom, neither the churchs of God. To me this means,
there is no argument as to whether to cut  or not. The church has no
argument either way. The statement stands by itself. Sis. Conant
