No, these inevitable things are not deliberate uncovering.
"... for [the LORD seeth] not as man seeth; for man looketh on the
outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart. " - 1 Sam 16:6b
Thank God we live under the new covenant, where, because we may be
filled with the Holy Ghost, this wisdom is applicable to our
salvation.
17 Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever [he be] of thy seed in their
generations that hath [any] blemish, let him not approach to offer the
bread of his God. 18 For whatsoever man [he be] that hath a blemish,
he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat
nose, or any thing superfluous, 19 Or a man that is brokenfooted, or
brokenhanded, 20 Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish
in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken; 21
No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come
nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a
blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God. 22 He
shall eat the bread of his God, [both] of the most holy, and of the
holy. 23 Only he shall not go in unto the vail, nor come nigh unto
the altar, because he hath a blemish; that he profane not my
sanctuaries: for I the LORD do sanctify them. - Lev 21:17-23
-- That was the Old Covenant. Under that covenant, chemtherapy miht
have saved the life of the flesh, but prohibited entry into the form
of the presence of God.
But the TRUE Covenant of Salvation is also the covenant of healing:
" Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be
turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed . " - Heb
12:12-13
Circumstances that impose upon us because of the crulty of life are
not a hinderance in our truth born, spirit quickened relationship with
God:
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall]
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or
peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all
the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay,
in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved
us . 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor
angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things
to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be
able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ
Jesus our Lord." - Romans 8
Brazen defiance of the word of the Apostles, and rationalization so as
to dismiss the significance of the Word (as tradition for example) is
a completely different thing from weakness, and with each comes
totally different consequences:
"7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance
of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the
messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above
measure. 8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might
depart from me. 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient
for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly
therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of
Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in
infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in
distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong." -
2 Cor 12
Now if this isn't GLORY, I don't know what is!
