Really? Do you have a scripture where it was commanded that women are not to
cut their hair? I know of the one in Corinthians where Paul briefly talks
about it as a tradition of Corinth.

I think we need to dig deeper into that scripture in I Corinthians. I believe
Paul was speaking of the women cutting their hair to look like men's
hair...that would be all the same as if she were shorn...just like the
scripture speaking of "wearing that which pertaineth to a man"... the issue
was cross-dressing and looking like a man, and not so much wearing "shirts"
and "pants".
Tradition has forced interpretation of scriptures upon us, and not the actual
situation about which Paul was speaking.
