I have been using Juno since it was in the Beta stage and I have really
enjoyed

the system.  I like it because you can be computer illiterate and still
make it work.

!. It has a simple to use spell check
2,prints 
3.address menu
4.saves addresses for me automatically
5.saves all incoming mail
6.has a different folder for each person by name
7.adds a signature 
8.the options features are many ( things I would never have thought of )
9.The on line help is fantastic
10. the read, write is so obvious that a simpleton can not mess up
11. the save messages is bottomless while you are holding for one BIG
send
      mail
12. Easy to send Cc
13. It is FREE and has saved me many dollars.
14. Edits fantastically
15.It has all the features that word has and in a mode that is easy to
use.
16. You can not get a virus through it.

What else would you like to know and right now they have very little
advertisement on it.
The only problem I know of : you do not have access to the WWW
so you can surf.
