I know some churches who believe that women must actually wear a covering on their hair, while
some believe the hair is the covering. I was reading briefly about this last night in I. Cor. to
see exactly what it does say about covering.
I know in the past, more mature UPC women always wore a bun (not really sure what a poof is), and
I always thought it was their custom...maybe it was to keep their hair out of their face, I don't
know. However, more and more, I'm seeing the younger UPC women wear their hair down with a ribbon
or whatever...still looks modest, and makes the younger women more attractive in fact.
I am still personally opposed to women cutting their hair (with the exception of trimming
split-ends).
