Bro. Kirk,
no, no, I never got your response in the wrong throat...matter of fact I was
flattered by it...I just thought I had to respond to a comment made earlier
on the hassle of uncut hair. Also, I am going to add the following which I
have written earlier, but was not accepted by higher-fire because of some
check-sum something (which I don't know what that means) maybe it likes it
better this time.... :)
btw....thank you for the compliment on us pentecostal women being the
prettiest. It feels good to hear that every-once-in-a-while :)
Doris
This is what I wrote earlier :):
We have been discussing for a while now about long hair whether cut or
uncut...my question is what determines long hair on a woman? I have seen
women with uncut hair, where the hair barely goes over the color. According
to those that say cutting hair as long as it is long she would be totally
out of order, cause her hair is not long....according to those that believe
in uncut hair she would be in order cause her hair is long because it has
not been cut? Also, if I cut my split ends, what keeps me from cutting 10
inches of, where 1 inch would have done perfectly, just so I don't have to
mess with it that much, cause I mean hey, I still have hair longer than my
color...but then so do many men in the world. I have seen uncut hair on
worldly men, that made me green with envey, cause it was beautifully thick
and it would have looked well on a Pentecostal woman. What determines hair
length, if not the state of it being cut or uncut. I say uncut hair for a
lady keeps her from being tempted to cut more than just her split ends.
I think to paraphrase Sis. Colleen, who said it best....
BETTER SAVE THAN SORRY!! :)
Love you all Doris :)
