I would like to join the ranks of those who would ask Ray to
reconsider. For myself, I knew when I subscribed that there would be
apostolics of every stripe as members of Higher-Fire. I would urge all
to reread Ephesians 4 where it was commanded that we endeavour to keep
the unity of the Spirit. Later in the same chapter it stated that God
gave the five-fold ministry to the church so that the church could
come to a unity of the faith. Since we still have ministers, then
that would suggest that we have not yet come to that place. Thus, it
may be that there are those among us who love the Lord and are
honestly seeking Him yet have different understandings of the
interpretation of Scripture from us. If we think they need more
illumination from the Lord in a particular area, then let us pray for
them -- not castigate them or flame them. As far as being saved is
concerned, I have met many saved people but I have yet to meet one
absolutely perfect yet. We are still growing, brothers and sisters!!!
Speaking as a pastor, I find Ray's views and the answers others give
to them quite instructive. This dialogue assists me in preparing Bible
studies, etc. since many around me have questions about the same
topics. Ray, you are actually helping me as a pastor to understand
other viewpoints that may differ from my own, so please don't stop
expressing them.

That being said, I also feel that the guidelines re amount of posting
suggested by the moderators is reasonable. Let us, therefore, try to
stay within these guidelines but also let us not limit those who
honestly wish to use this medium to further their understanding of
God, His Word, and His Church.
