Alias it so it would look something like "http://www.pcnet.com/ltupc/"?
Certainly possible, but it would almost certainly cost :-(  You might
ask Sis Karol about pobox.com, which does this sort of thing.

I wouldn't worry too much about any kind of stigma that might be
associated with a "personal" account, myself.
