III so I'll have to copy that again.  Some of the formatting isn't
quite yet done either.  Most of the links should be working though.

If you note any mistakes other than (1) missing section III and (2)
missing "dkb" link, please let me know.  Many thanks to the individual
who scanned this in for me (I *think* it was Br. John Harris in
Virginia, but I really can't remember -- I'll have to look this up
at home).

Anyone open to creating a search engine to use on this puppy?
