"Robert J. Brown" spake thusly in a message to steve winter:

"JB> Steve> Excellent truths that you have shared. Instead
"JB> of whining Steve> about catching fish before cleaning
"JB> them (which is not Steve> really an invalid point when
"JB> not abused); some had better Steve> think about how once
"JB> a fish is caught what happens if the Steve> fish is not
"JB> cleaned within a short period of time.

"JB> That is a truly excellent comparison! I have heard about
"JB> "the boat should be in the water, but the water should not
"JB> be in the boat" refering to the ark of Noah and, by

And you have an excellent comparison there! The Lord quickened my
understanding the "fish" thing during prayer.

"JB> metaphor, the church, but "once a fish is caught what
"JB> happens if the fish is not cleaned within a short period of
"JB> time" really puts it so a country boy can relate!

"JB> BTW is there a local phone number (area code 708 for me) or
"JB> internet gateway I can get to your BBS with? I would like
"JB> to check it out.

The only one in 708 that we have is the USRobotics support board and they
only carry a couple of the tech echos. What most people do is just call
in when the rates are low and use an offline reader called QWK which
allows them to read and reply offline. The phone cost once it is set
up is trivial because it only takes a couple of minutes a day to stay
current in the echo areas.
