Blood of Jesus

Just wanted to pass this along.

A few months ago, the Lord spoke to me (I don't remember what I was doing at
the time) and said, "you will never rise above my blood".  That thot hit me
hard.  No matter how good (pure) we can get, we will never get to the place
that we don't need His shed, precious blood.
He gave His precious blood, His name, His authority, and it took His grace
and mercy for us to be saved. I can't do enough "works" to get me saved; I
owe it all to Him.
I can get as close to Him as I want only because His blood allows me to get
that close to Him, but I can get very close to Him! :)
I love Him and thank Him for everything He has done for me and that knowing
all my mistakes, He still loves me and loved me enough to go to Calvary.
Truly as Paul said, "in Him we live, and move, and have our being..." Acts 17:28
