What was David Koresh's real name?

I just noticed something too striking to be just a coincidence.  While
reading Bro. Basset's post on divorce, I came upon the following:

The word for divorce in the OT:

      03772 karath {kaw-rath'}

      AV - cut off 145, make 85, cut down 23, cut 9, fail 6, destroy 4

I have been folowing the investigation of the FBI & ATF in recent
situations, including the Branch Davidian conflagration.  The phonemic
simularity between "kaw-rath'" and "Ko-resh'" just hit me over the
head: if this is a valid association, then David Koresh took a
psuedonym that means "cut off from David", which would tend to imply
non-Jew and non-Christian!

Who know what his *REAL* birth name was?
