Subject: God/Man/Persons

In my continuing quest to get a handle on God/Trinity, i had
thoughts recently along the following lines. trying to get a feel
for how He is different from us.

              nature/
God is of one essence, but three persons. Or, since the Father,
Son & Holy Spirit each share the same nature, they each are God;
and they are jointly God. No, that's not right. The Father is God
the Father; the Son is God the Son, and the Holy Spirit is God the
Holy Spirit. OK? The Trinity (wholly) is God...God the Trinity...the
Godhead. Only three Persons share the God-Nature. And, that Nature
is such that its essence is fully contained in each Person....
..and, while divisable among the THree, is simultaneously not
divided as a result of residing in individual Persons....
...it is a continuum of essence (substance? God-Stuff?).

Three persons standing in a room are of one essence; they share the
same nature...human nature. They are Humankind. Person A is
Humankind the A; Person B is Humankind the B; person C is Humankind
the C. Substitute "Man" for "Humankind", above. Human nature is
different from God-Nature. Among those ways, is that human-nature
is not only divisable among the 5 billion of us, but there is no
continuum of essence (substance? human-stuff?).

I don't know where to go from here. Any suggestions?

No, "to a shrink" is not an acceptable suggestion. :-)
