Just one more thing to add that was part of the bible study Bro. Koonce
gave.  

There was a man who had several millions and decided to make out a will
before he died. One third he gave to his wife, one third to his kids, and
one third to complete strangers. He then sealed the will and put it in a
very safe place.  Eventually he died, and everyone gathered to read his
will.  When they opened it and read it they were all dismayed.  The man
had never signed his will.  The will was worthless. 

Moral - The one who doesn't except the signature of God's name (Jesus)
upon his life by being  baptized in Jesus' name won't get to reap the
rewards by having his name in the book of life.
