Bro. Ray Harrell,

When we read Heb. 6   we understand how careful we must be with our walk
with God.   Once a person has received the Holy Ghost, it is then that
he is judged according to the word and commandments of God.  Until he has
received the Holy Ghost they are judged as being condemned as all the
world.

To teach anything short of that is not giving the whole council of God
and that
minister is held accountable for their blood.

According to 1 John 5 they must also be baptized in His name.
