prodigal son

Hello everybody:

I would like to thank whoever it was who posted the story of the 
prodigal son from the father's point of view.  You see, I am the 
father of a prodigal son and my heart is very burdened for him. It is 
very hard to see him heading for the pig pen but I have learned that 
I have to leave it all in the Lord's hand and assist the Lord by 
praying for my son and building bridges to him so that when he does 
come that place where he remembers his father's house, we will be 
there to kill the fatted calf and rejoice in the sinner coming home. 

I would like to hear from some of you tell some of your experiences 
in this area. Perhaps you can help build my wife's and my faith  to 
believe  that God will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we 
ask or think.
