I'm kinda a big fan of things that I like to know about *finding* me
instead of me having to search them out and locating them.  

As I was reading today in PCN's (PointCast Network - great online 
service - http://www.pointcast.com will allow you to download a reader) 
news, I cam across a new Mail Service that gets news, weather, sports, etc
from all the normal wire type sources and emails them to your emailbox
at whatever frequency you'd like.

If it sounds like something you'd like, just follow the instructions below
and you'll receive the equivalent of delivered email news directly to you.
Being as I don't subscribe to a local (or national) paper currently, this
is potentially a decent alternative.

If one were to take advantage of these resources, as well as free email,
and email WWW robots, this can become quite a powerful information gathering
cog in the data storehouse that's available.

    basketball, golf, tennis, hockey and other sports as they come into season.

5)  SpotLite:  personalizes the latest information on movies, rentals,
    theater, television, music releases, horoscope, lottery, gossip, etc.  TO
