No, we really aren't in charge.  But by the same token, I'm not "in charge"
when the church is going through a rough spot  of some sort.  Or when there
is a problem with another saint and the church.......thank God I don't have
to deal with the problems!  The man "in charge" does!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But then of course, I don't have to answer for the souls of all the saints,
either.  Then the pastor has to answer to the REAL  man "in charge".

Your pastor, Sis. Gia, sounds like a great man!  If he is anything like my
pastor he is a great man of God!  And it sounds like you love and respect
