809 area code

Yo net.folks,

Most of you have probably already heard of this, but there are a
number of scams being perpetrated where the victim is coerced to
call a number in the 809 area code.  This area code is in the 
Caribbean and is charged at international rates.

Common scams include being paged with the number to call being
(809)XXX-XXXX, and receiving a dunning notice via email threatening
legal action unless you call (809)XXX-XXXX to clear things up.
