A scam generally implies that someone is giong to profit from it.  So
where is the profit to the originator of the email if a person does
call the Caribbean?  Are these emails being sent by the Caribbean
phone company?  Or is it really not a scam, but a practical joke,
because the originator does not tangibly benefit, but the recipient
looses?  This sounds like the same mindset I refered to in my post
about the lewd photographs being on the same web page as the technical
information.  :-(
