I think what this bro referred to was a couple of posts I saw where
the the entire text of a message was quoted, with a couple of lines
added as a response.  Doing this is a definite no-no here on H-F and
just about any other discussion list.  Violations are punishable by
up to 6 months of hard labor as a network administrator.
